HKBU’s Leadership Development Programme aims to equip students and staff with key leadership skills and a forward-looking mindset. The design uses elegant visuals and close-up views of the “BU” letters, paired with light elements, to reflect the programme’s three core values—IGNITE, INSPIRE, and ENVISION—and how individual growth supports collective progress.
